About This Experience
This relaxed and playful exploration of colour, subject, and medium will surely kick-start your creative juices over the holidays. The focus is spot illustrations suitable for cards, holiday tags, and gifts. We will use watercolours as the base and introduce other mediums such as acrylics, gold pen, and more!

About Your Host
Rose Cowles is a Governor General Award-nominated artist. Her interdisciplinary specialties include illustration for books and magazines, logo design, and fine art, which she does from her home studio and Rock Bay Square in Victoria, BC.
If you were to ask Rose what she is all about, she would tell you that she is in the business of simple pleasures that provide the viewer with brief and positive experiences accessible to most people at little or no cost. She wishes to be an inspiration for those that need it and, alternatively, a "kick in the ass" reminder to those that wish to do better.
