The Just Paint Experience is a vibrant dialogue focusing on artists and their creativity. By encouraging artists to observe their processes, we aim to increase awareness and understanding of individual needs and present Golden Artist Colors as an inspiration and resource.
We will explore innovative materials and concepts in an open and collaborative atmosphere as we delve into participants’ questions and curiosities. Artists are encouraged to bring their ideas and insights to this event; unique artistic perspectives are welcomed and highly valued.

Participants will be emailed a GOLDEN event questionnaire before the event, your response will support the customization of the workshop!
This informative hands-on workshop will occur at the Opus Art Supplies Victoria location from 9:00 to 11:00 (PST). Registering for this in-store event costs $10. At the end of the demo, you'll receive a $10 Opus Gift Card and a coupon for 10% off to go shopping after the event.
About Your Host
Sara Robichaud is a mid-career visual artist based in Vancouver Island, Canada. Primarily known as a formalist painter, her recent work explores feminine perspectives, memory and place through a site-specific installation in her home. She is currently working on a series of 1:1-scale paintings borne of ritual, embodying spiritual practice, empathy, and ecology.
Robichaud holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Uvic & a BFA from Queen’s University. Sara is represented at Gallery Jones in Vancouver & Herringer Kiss Gallery in Calgary & has been a GOLDEN Certified Working Artist since 2006.
