12" Lucky Bats System - 6.5"

The Lucky Bat HMR set consists of one 12" master batt and ten inserts. The master batt in this set is carved from formaldyhide-free High Moisture Resistant (HMR) 3/4" MDF (19mm).

Batt pin holes are 3/8" (10mm) diameter and spaced 10" apart to fit most standard throwing wheels. Inserts fit snugly in the bathole and a finger recess helps lift the insert from the master batt.

About HMR: High Moisture Resistant (HMR) MDF is a fiber board material made with formaldehyde-free adhesive and 90% recycled woodfiber. It is waterproof yet porous, has good clay adhesion and is resistant to warping.

Caring for your batts: Batts will last almost indefinitely if well maintained. For best results, sponge a little water onto dry, porous bats before use, but don't let them become water logged. Scrape off clay before it dries to avoid creating a lot of dust, and store batts on edge to avoid trapping moisture.
