Shipped to me damaged, before packing and shipping.

I have received no further contact:
Hi, I just received my order. The 18” x 24” west coast antique brass frame has damage to the frame front, photo attached. There is no damage to the shipping boxes to indicate the damage was done during shipping. It appears that the frame was packed damaged.

Oh no! I am so sorry about this, and I will see what we can do about this.
I know that these frames are currently on 50% off clearance, which means that we don't usually offer further discounts.
I can either give you a 10% damage discount (about $7.80) OR I can give you a $10 gift card that you can use on your next purchase.

I can not use this damaged frame for sales. It is not useable for me. I would like it replaced.

My understanding is that when I purchase an item in good faith, I will be sent an item that is not damaged. This frame was obviously damaged before it was boxed for shipping. It appears that you shipped it in bad faith.
