Join Rachel “Tuna” Petrovicz, an illustrator and comic maker, for an exploration of Copic Acrea paint markers. These markers use opaque, water-based ink, which means the pigment sits on the surface. This allows artists to create on a variety of surfaces beyond just white paper!
This casual drop-in event will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Opus Art Supplies Downtown location. Please note that this is a drop-in event during this timeframe, rather than a two-hour demonstration. By registering, you will inform Tuna of your planned visit. She will be delighted to give you an overview of the marker features, including instructions on how to activate them, use them for colouring, and combine Acrea with other Copic products.

Art by Tuna: Rachel “Tuna” Petrovicz is an illustrator and comic-maker born and raised in Vancouver. Specializing in the cute, colourful, and sometimes creepy - she aims to delight the “inner child” in us all. She produces digital and traditional art, focusing on acrylic gouache paintings and Copic marker designs, and channels her work into fun products and custom illustrations.
