Join artist Lisa Hâù for an engaging online demo where we will start with the fundamentals of colour theory. Together, we will bring a bold, expressive flower to life on canvas using acrylics and mixed media!

About Your Host

Lisa Hâù is a Canadian artist based in Powell River, BC, where she lives and paints at Coming Home Farm. Originally from Red Deer, Alberta, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary and recently graduated from the Milan Art Institute Mastery Program. Over the years, she has studied under various mentors and participated in workshops with artists who have shaped her ever-evolving style. Before fully dedicating herself to painting, Lisa worked as a professional hairstylist for over a decade, honing her eye for colour, texture, and self-expression.
Her journey with art began as a means of healing after a medical emergency in her late teens, deepening her understanding of creativity as a powerful force for transformation. Blending joyful colours, storytelling, and expressive markings, her work celebrates life’s ever-changing nature and the beauty of authenticity.
