Join Machteld (Maggy) Aardse for an exciting online event where we will explore greens and create a forested landscape!
During this session, you will have the opportunity to experience Lascaux Artist Acrylic Colours, known for their exceptional quality and outstanding working properties. As we work on canvas boards, you will learn various techniques using brushes and palette knives, along with demonstrations of different mediums and gels.
Machteld will guide you in mixing colours, provide background information about this Swiss product, and demonstrate the versatility of the Lascaux Artist Acrylic Colours, while emphasizing the importance of absolute purity and depth of colour.

About Your Host
Machteld Aardse (Maggie) is a multimedia artist based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Drawing and painting are the basis from which her work explores other media. Most of her work is displayed in public spaces. After getting a Master’s Degree in Art History at the University of Amsterdam, she completed a BFA in Fine Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and an MFA in Public Art at the Dutch Art Institute. She has been working with Lascaux Colours (CH) products, teaching and providing product training for over 20 years. Aardse is part of the Moving Academy for Performing Arts (MAPA) and Art Partner.
