Tacky When Dry does just that. When it’s completely dry, it’s TACKY! (We all need to be a little tacky from time to time!!) Great for applying foil or gold leafing to a surface.
If using on surfaces exposed to moisture, be sure to seal your project.
59 ml jar (2 oz.)
Used this stuff, with the foil, on Xmas cards. Fun and easy to use.
Love this stuff! I have been playing with foil for a long time, never truly satisfied with the results. This product works just the way I want. Still have to try it with pearlex etc but love the foil effect.
