Surprisingly after lots of shaking and banging got it to work - at least for a few strokes then a bit more banging and continuing on. I use the white pens for printing and signatures, and sometimes outlining and highlights. I have used white pens for years! There are a lot of very poor ones out there! This seems to be one of the better ones. We’ll see.
