R&F Drawing Oils offer a smooth & portable drawing experience with a harder formulation (less oil, more wax) in comparison to R&F Pigment Sticks.
Unlike oil pastels, crayons, or chalk, R&F Drawing Oils will dry to form a permanent, protective oil film. No need for fixative.
The size, shape, and formulation make R&F Drawing Oils ideal for play and practice, pairing well with your favorite sketchbooks, stretched canvas and panels.
R&F Drawing Oils contain linseed oil, which will form a natural skin on the outside of the stick. R&F recommends removing this prior to use with a sharpener, razor blade, or by simply drawing on a scrap paper.
