Many application methods are possible with Porcelaine 150: with brushes, with sponges, with stencils.
Highly-rated porcelain paint for ceramic ware with dishwasher and microwave-safe durability once heat set. Customers praised its long-term reliability, with one noting "I've been using them for 26 year." The paint has a uniquely viscous texture with a learning curve for mixing colors, but retains brushstrokes and raised textures well.
I've been using them for 26 year.
Very happy to have a durable product to use on mugs that's dishwasher and microwave safe.
The paint was easy to find and works just the way I wanted it to.

Huge fan!
There's a bit of a learning curve as the product has a very uniquely viscous texture that varies by pigment and it can be a little difficult to mix colors, but once you get the hang of it it's fantastic! Very happy to have a durable product to use on mugs and other ceramic ware that's dishwasher and (allegedly!) microwave safe once heat set. Colors don't alter much (if at all) once cured, and retain any raised textures and brushstrokes.
I love the product, and I hope they continue to introduce additional hues! Particularly browns.

Every brushstroke has white in it first so I use a lot of ivory

Do you need to have a clear cover coat on these paints before baking?
Opus Art Supplies
Yes, Cheryl, you typically do not need a clear cover coat when using Pebeo Porcelaine 150 Porcelain Paints. These paints are designed to be baked in the oven to set them permanently on porcelain or ceramic surfaces. Once baked according to the instructions on the product, they become dishwasher-safe and resistant to fading. However, it's essential to follow the specific baking instructions provided by Pebeo for the best results.
