Porcelaine 150 can be applied to porcelain, earthenware and most bases that can withstand a temperature of 150°C (300°F).
The choice of base and tools allows for producing numerous effects, transparencies and intensities of colours. Porcelaine 150 makes professional enamelling available to all, with a generation of colours glazed by simply baking at 150°C (300°F) in any domestic oven.
Many application methods are possible with Porcelaine 150: with brushes, with sponges, with stencils.
There's a bit of a learning curve as the product has a very uniquely viscous texture that varies by pigment and it can be a little difficult to mix colors, but once you get the hang of it it's fantastic! Very happy to have a durable product to use on mugs and other ceramic ware that's dishwasher and (allegedly!) microwave safe once heat set. Colors don't alter much (if at all) once cured, and retain any raised textures and brushstrokes.
I love the product, and I hope they continue to introduce additional hues! Particularly browns.
