Really loved the paper quality! I only originally planned to use it for some sketch practices since it does not say that it is meant for mixed media, but I filled a page with acrylic marker and it held on surprisingly well!

I love these sketchbooks.
They are just the right size to fit in a coat pocket or a bag pocket. Not heavy at all and the cover is firm enough to support drawing or writing. The paper is great for dry medium but I have used water soluble coloured pencils with a small amount of water and yes, the paper wrinkles, but not too much.
The books are great for urban sketching, writing notes, nature journaling.
Always keep one with me. I buy several at a time.

I love the portability of the sketchbooks and really enjoy the paper which has a nice tooth for graphite if that’s what you’re doing. The paper size is adequate. They are inexpensive enough to fill them up quickly. Highly recommended.
A good all-purpose sketching book with a cover that I can draw or paint on to make it my own. The paper weight is good for sketching with pencil and most of my pens & felt pens, but it too light for water media. I'll put up with the wavy-ness as a good trade for the price, though.

Love the texture of it!
I used it for drawing and gouache. Tried watercolour on it. But didn’t work well on this paper.
Been using the larger versions of these for a couple years, was delighted to discover the smaller format ones for use when it's awkward to bring a large one.

I’ve used the small opus sketchbooks for years to write in. Never have I actually sketched in one. I’ve always several on the go: to write down painting titles and new art ideas, to keep a list of art shows, to write down quotes about art. .it’s a long list of uses. Every so often I try to sort them out and rewrite the most important things in a new book.
Then of course I have one that’s only notes about single malt, single cask whisky. And then one for research on my Scottish family roots dating back to the massacre at Glencoe. Then the one for memories and archival materials. It’s a very large stack of these wee books. I love the thick paper and the convenient user friendly size.

I love how the smaller ones tuck into my purse. The paper is strong for drawing, light watercolours, note taking!
Alright quality, however I ran out of pages quickly and found it easy to accidentally rip out multiple pages
