Good, but would not call this professional-quality

Generally nice paper but I wouldn't call it professional-quality. It's not even 100% cotton. It was slow to uptake water (and pigment) when I was using a highly loaded quill that could output a lot of water quickly, the result was that the application of paint was bit uneven since the absorption rate was not equal throughout the surface of the paper. I originally thought it looked like oil patches on the paper, but it wasn't oil. If I scrubbed it a bit with a round brush, it would eventually absorb the water and pigment. If the water application onto the paper was slow like with a round brush, it performed better. It's reasonably good for practicing technique but I definitely wouldn't be using this for professional work.

The block worked very well

The block worked very well and is reasonably priced. The only issue i have is that it is not 100% cotton like i usually use. It is great for beginners and practice.
