Lascaux Uni-Primer (Grip Coat)

When you need paint to stick—especially on slick, non-absorbent surfaces—this is the primer we reach for. Lascaux Uni-Primer is a high-adhesion “grip coat” designed for rigid substrates like polyester, plexiglass, and glass, and it also performs on outdoor, absorbent surfaces like concrete. It dries fast into a white, velvety, non-absorbent ground that’s ready for both acrylic and oil painting.

It’s also highly concentrated and economical—a little goes a long way—plus it’s water-dilutable and can be tinted to suit your underpainting.
