A synthetic varnish intended to replace traditional varnishes from natural resins, such as damar varnish. It is clear, and will not yellow with age as damar does. Kamar Varnish provides long lasting protection for oils, acrylics, and water-based paints. Paintings can be reworked after it has been applied, and it can be removed safely for conservation and cleaning. Available in an 11 oz aerosol spray can.

Fantastic stuff

Love this product!! Can’t say enough good things about it. The coverage is amazing, no running of the ink underneath and when dry it feels amazing. Great product I should order a case!

Great to protect my large watercolor painting, so the colors do not rub off on my hands. The spray was easy to use, no mess and the coverage was good over the whole painting. Says that it won’t yellow and can touch up after being varnished. Quite pleased with the product, I’m glad to have discovered it at Opus!
