Jacquard Soy Wax is a vegetable by-product. It is biodegradable, and has a lack of fumes when heated. It is a popular choice for candlemaking, as it is AP-certified non-toxic, and burns cleaner than paraffin. It has a low melting temperature, and can be used for a gentle cold water batik. It washes out with hot water and soap. Melting temperature is approximately 150∞ F.
