GOLDEN Absorbent Grounds
Protect your work with GOLDEN Gloss UV Topcoat (formerly Gel Topcoat with UVLS Gloss). This thick acrylic gel filters damaging Ultra Violet light to protect your work from fading and deterioration. This water-based, non-removable gel dries with great clarity and a highly reflective surface. This gel can also be used to add texture, create a clear barrier prior to working with paint or other materials and modify sheen.
This Gel is fully compatible with other Golden Gels, Mediums and Colours. They can be used to create gel skins, image gel transfers, decoupage collage elements, extend paints or increase their transparency, create a wet layer to work into, or simply as a clear ground to work on top of. However, the UV protective values are decreased when mixed with other media.
