This is a really nice modifier and alternative to cadmium colour. This is a bit more transparent, and doesn't overpower like the cad colour equivalent
I absolutely can not do with out this necessary link in the multi faceted colour chain I need for mixing the most superior colour mixtures to get the perfect myriads of possibility in the colour range.

Gamblin oils are my main go to. Occasional Windsor Newton but prefer gamblin. Also prefer Gamblin medium products, in preference to Liquin
I'm very close to completing a 50x50 Remembrance Day poppy painting, primarily in cad light med and deep red. Small amounts of blues violet. Would show if possible
