Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Artist's Watercolor Pencils - Black or Grey or Blue

Albrecht Dürer® Artists' Watercolor Pencils are available in 12 colours that are part of a unique colour matching system - encompassing all Faber-Castell Art & Graphic products. They contain the highest quality pigments of unsurpassed lightfastness and brilliance, which is rated on each pencil. Thick 3.8mm break-resistant and fully water-soluble leads, can be easily blended when wet and become permanent when dry for rich watercolour effects. Available as individual pencils or in various assorted sets.

These watercolor pencils deliver "soft, saturated colors" with "intense pigments" and are "water soluble," making them great for sketching. Customers said they are "one of the top in quality." However, some noted the pencils can be "crumbly" and break during sharpening, resulting in significant waste.

The Faber Castell Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils are a tiny bit more crumbly then the standard or Polychromos ones but they seem to have very intense pigments. I actually love sketching with then, but without water.
