Super expensive, and it’s just one pan, not the three shown.

Very expensive

The website indicates a price that includes several pans in a package. I was shocked that the price was per pan. Very much price gouging. Trying to support Canadian businesses, but this is very disappointing.

Hi Cathy,

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience with shopping for empty plastic watercolour pans.

We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations don’t match reality—especially when shopping with the intention of supporting local. Our intention was never to mislead, and we appreciate you pointing this out. We’ve reviewed the product listing and will be updating the language to better clarify that the price is per individual pan to avoid any further confusion.

We’re a Canadian-owned business and transparency is important to us. If you haven’t already, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team —we’d be happy to make this right.

Thanks again for your support and for helping us improve.

Warm regards,
Brady
