Cobra water-mixable oil paint can of course be thinned with water, but a thinner can be very useful as well. This solvent-free thinner makes your paint more fluid, leaner and helps it dry more quickly, which makes it especially well-suited for the first layers of your painting.

seems to only work with Cobra paints

I use a variety of water mixable oil paints. This product thins Cobra just fine but not very well with winsor newton or lukas.
It also dries really fast.
