The product was grainy and very hard to mix

The product was grainy and very hard to mix. I could not get a smooth coat on my painting. The grainy consistency was impossible to spread. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but I'm not willing to try again. I did advise Opus, but did not hear back
