Decent but crumbly

Decently easy to carve, a bit easier if you hit it with heat (hair drier works well) before carving. I found that it crumbles quite a lot in the path of the blade.

Great blocks but watch out for shrinkage…

These are great blocks if you want unmounted linoleum. Easy to carve. However, the backing is burlap so if you get it wet while washing it, expect the burlap to shrink and the plate then curls up. This can make it it a bit of a pain inking it up later down the line.

The block was easy to cut with sharp tools. Gave chrisp edges when printing.
