The Strathmore 400 Series Toned Sketch Softcover Art Journal features Strathmore Toned Grey Paper bound in a finely-crafted, velvety softcover in rich dark brown. A quality, smyth sewn binding allows the pages to be opened flat for easy drawing on both pages.

Draw in dark media for your shadows, then make your drawing pop by adding highlights in light media on the mid-toned grey art paper. Try using graphite, chalk, charcoal, sketching stick, markers, china markers, coloured pencils, pens, or white gel pens.

112 pages of 118 gsm (80 lb) medium toothed paper in a mid-toned grey. Paper is 100% recycled, contains 30% post-consumer fibre, and is acid-free. Measures 5 ½" × 8".
