Jacquard Procion MX Dye is a cold water dye for all natural fibres and applications, such as garment dyeing, batik, screen printing, and tie dye. Procion dyes are permanent, colourfast, and washable.
Palettes ranging from soft pastels to deep, vibrant hues are easily created with these dyes. Procion dyes work well on cotton, rayon, linen, hemp, flax, paper, reeds, and wood, as well as protein fibres such as silk, wool and feathers.
This product is excellent if you like vibrant colours. I use it on watercolour paper and the exceptional many shades I get from this dye always inspires my eyes and a want to create more. I’ve used Procion dyes for many years. They are a trusted brand.

The colours are gorgeous and it’s really easy to prepare the dye, although I do wonder about the environmental impact of putting dye down the drain!
