What You'll Do (The Fun & Important Stuff)
• Lead with C.A.R.E.: Cultivate your team's growth, stay attentive to store rhythms, respond thoughtfully to daily challenges, and lead with empathy.
• Drive Operations: Maintain store performance, manage labor effectively, and oversee inventory & replenishment.
• Connect & Inspire: Build strong relationships with local art schools, trade programs, and local artists to turn our store into a true community sanctuary.
