About This Experience
Join artist Samantha Williams-Chapelsky for a demonstration of using textured acrylics as both a surface to paint on or a texture to add in!
This session will have attendees learning how to incorporate textures into their practice in two key ways: first, as a textured ground to paint on top of, and second, as a texture to add to their acrylic paints.

About Your Host
Samantha Williams-Chapelsky completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Alberta in 2009, with distinction, majoring in painting and art history. Samantha showcases her work in public and commercial galleries across Canada and the United States. She is known for her abstract landscape paintings using textured acrylic and oil paints. Samantha is also an instructor in plein air, studio, and for the business practices of being an artist.
