Opus Single Use Bag Fee (as Per City Of Victoria & Vancouver Bi-Laws in effect: Vic 2019 & Van 2022)

This paper bag fee is in accordance with the Single-Use Bylaws in British Columbia.

"The bylaw bans single-use plastic bags (with standard exceptions), mandates a minimum 25 cent charge for paper shopping bags and $2 fee for reusable bags."
