The carbon-steel blades feature a smooth, shiny chrome finish that allows wet acrylic and oil paint to be wiped away more thoroughly and makes the knives easier to clean between colours and after use. Flexible yet sturdy, they are well suited to heavy-body acrylics, oil colours, and a wide range of painting techniques.
