The Opus Essential Watercolours Mini Tin Set contains 6 of our vegan-friendly, Opus Essential Watercolour paints to form a basic palette:

• Hansa Yellow Medium
• Mixing Gold
  
• Alizarin Crimson
• Ultramarine Blue
  
• Phthalo Green
  
• Burnt Sienna

The tin features a metal loop on the bottom to slide onto one of your fingers for a more secure grip when painting on-the-go or standing up. There are also lots of wells for mixing your colours impressed into the metal tin on each tin, plus, if you lift the colours out, there are even more wells below so you can easily expand the mixing area of your in-tin palette!

Filling Your Palette

This palette also comes with 6 empty pans so you can customize your palette to suit your needs. The paint used is the same in our Opus Essential Watercolours tubes, allowing for easy refills. Opus watercolour paints re-wet extremely well and remain colourful, vibrant, and are formulated to not crack when filling pans.

With the intention of customizing your palette with your favourite Opus colours, we have left 12 pans empty for you to build your perfect kit. When filling empty pans with tube colours, fill 1/2 full and allow to dry, then repeat until the pan is full.
