Introducing the COHO II! This highly versatile pre-cut metal framing system for works on paper and panel has been updated to provide the warm look of wood with the robust strength of metal.
Create a semi-custom framing with the COHO II. Available in a wide range of lengths, you can create both standard and non-standard sizes this framing system. Simply choose one pair for your height, one pair for your width, assemble with the included hardware, and hang.
Features
Combining a metal frame faced with a veneer finish allows for a much thinner surround that can be achieved with wood alone. The thin, ½″ face provides minimalistic and modern profile and simple aesthetic frame your artwork without overwhelming it. Light plays beautifully off the wood veneer, adding subtle texture and additional character.
The COHO II is designed for works of art on paper, photographs, posters, documents and certificates, canvas panel, artboard, and wood panel. An inside depth of 13/16" allows standard framing with a mat, and for a variety of depths of spacers to be inserted into the frame, ideal for float mounted presentations of artwork.
A new and improved structure in the back allows for more stability at larger sizes. The bottom of the back of the frame that has a cleat that helps increase support and decrease torquing when approaching larger sizes.

Each package includes half the moulding and assembly hardware need to assemble one frame:
- 2 lengths of COHO frame moulding
- 2 corner angle screw plates
- 2 corner angle back plates
- 4 spring clips
- 1 Euro Hanger
Glass, Backing, & Hanging Hardware Sold Separately. For non-standard sizes, select Opus stores may be able to cut your pre-paid regular glass & corrugate backing to the dimensions of the COHO you purchased while you wait. Please note, this service is not available at all Opus locations

Very convenient and attractive at the same time. I paint using pastels and need to control the framing process to protect against damage. The COHO frames are perfect for this.

Wwll designed, look good
I needed an unusual size to frame a travel map. It worked. Unfortunately, there were no instructions and I had to figure out the assembly independently.
I love the way this frame works, simple construction and attractive.
But, calling it 'Black' is totally wrong, it's 'Dark Brown' all day.
So buy accordingly.

Opus COHO 11 frames are fast & easy to assemble and the other great thing about them is that you can disassemble the different sizes to fit your other art work.
It is a great framing system if you want a custom size frame for a photo. It is easy to assemble and looks good.

A very classy contemporary frame. I love being able to work in whatever size I want. Pick your length and width and your frame is done!
Very easy to assemble. Very professional looking. The mitered corners are perfect. Nice satin finish that almost looks like wood.
Liked the COHO frame! It was easy to assemble and liked the faux wood look. I would like for the hardware to include the wiring and bumpers. A small complaint… the corners of the frame did not match up perfectly (ie, two uneven corners). I found the price for a do-it-yourself frame was a bit high.
The directions were very clear and once, but together the frame looked very solid and sturdy and well-made… Very satisfied!
Easy to put together and very attractive. Since I don't use standard size frames, it would be much more expensive to have my art framed professionally. I do drawings on illustration board and then varnished, so I don't need glass or backboard. All in all, a very convenient system.
I greatly appreciated how easily these frames assembled and the support by the staff at Victoria’s Opus store. The frames are attractive, simple and have a clean look.
Easy to assemble, looks quite nice, difficult to get corners that look perfect eg. frames seem to easily shift so join on corners not perfect. A bit worried about clients opinion of these frames if gaps at corners develop.
I love the flexibility of the Cohos for times when a conventional frame just won’t do the job, but given that the frame isn’t assembled and doesn’t come with glass or backing, I’m surprised at the price. Because of the cost, I’m now amending my process and finding ways to try and make my work fit within standard frame sizes. Bummer too because this is a great product!
I use the COHO frames for a few years now, in my opinion they are the best. inexpensive and have a beautiful wood grain finish, easy to put together and have the look of a more expensive . I sure hope they never stop selling these frames , their the only frame I use now !
