Cherry Blossoms in Bloom with Georgia Youngs
Acrylic Floral Painting WorkshopAbout This Experience
Join Georgia to explore how to paint familiar subjects with a twist! Discover new ways to interpret what you see by changing the time of day for reference photos, focusing on overlooked details, or cropping close to highlight unique perspectives.
Georgia's love for gardens drives her to capture the beauty of flowers at different times of day, as she observes how light and shadows shift. She explores various angles, revealing unique compositions and unexpected colour palettes. Often, she shifts her focus to elements like tree trunks and enjoys cropping closely to uncover new depths and details.
This event is designed to inspire, as Georgia shares techniques and best practices to kickstart your painting journey.
