Ampersand Scratchbord Panels

Scratchboard makes stunning and unique pieces of art.
The level of detail one can achieve on these boards makes them a staple of my commission works. I use inks to colour my work, but they also take water colour quite well.

My scratch board arrived in perfect shape.....no nicks or chips on the corners like last time. I loved the nice personal thank you note too!! Thank you!

Began scratchboard art with paper backed sheets but now use Ampersand boards exclusively. They are easy to work with using both knives and nibs, and fibreglass brushes. And they can be coloured using a variety of products including inks, inktense pencils, acrylic paint and watercolour.
