Choose the right form below and follow the instructions to set up your government funded school, accredited institution, independent school, charitable organization, or business.

Government Funded Schools and Accredited Institutions

Complete our Credit Application and submit it, with a brief letter from your institution’s Principal or purchasing agent, by email to EDU@opusartsupplies.com.

Upon receiving the completed application our accounting department will confirm its approval. You will be notified when the account is ready to use (generally this process can take between 1–5 business days after applying).

Independent Schools, Charitable Organizations, Businesses

Complete our Credit Application and submit it with a copy of your PST Certificate by email to EDU@opusartsupplies.com.

Upon receiving the completed application our accounting department will confirm its approval. You will be notified when the account is ready to use (generally this process can take between 1–5 business days after applying).
