To apply for an Opus Credit Account within a school district, we require a letter requesting an account be opened in your school’s name. This must be on school letterhead, signed by the institution’s Principal or Purchasing Agent, and attached along with your Credit Application form.

Authorized Users (if applicable)

If you would like to allow additional authorized individuals to be able to place orders on this credit account, please indicate their information below. If you need to add more than 5 users, please send additional users by email to edu@opusartsupplies.com

User Agreement for Online Purchases

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for online purchases made through Opus Art Supplies by your business and its authorized users, referenced as the 'Customer' in the agreement below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with online transactions.

  1. Buyer Permissions:
    • Opus Art Supplies is not responsible for limiting buyer permissions for online purchases unless specified by account administrators through the designation of a buyer list.
    • In cases where a designated buyer list is specified, access will only be granted to individuals listed on that approved buyer list.
  2. Responsibility of Account Holders:
    • By requesting the use of an email address that multiple buyers can access, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to assume full responsibility for all orders placed under their account.
    • Account administrators at the Customer are responsible for overseeing and managing the purchasing activities conducted under their account.
  3. Payment Responsibility:
    • The Customer agrees to be financially responsible for all orders placed under their account, including any applicable fees, taxes, or charges associated with the purchases.
  4. Authorization:
    • The use of an email address associated with the Customer for online purchases is considered an authorization for Opus Art Supplies to process orders and charges related to those orders.
  5. Changes to Buyer Permissions:
    • Any changes to buyer permissions or the designated buyer list must be communicated in writing to Opus Art Supplies by authorized representatives of the Customer.
  6. Compliance:
    • The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing online purchases and transactions.
  7. Agreement Acceptance:
    • By using Opus Art Supplies’ online purchasing platform and providing an email address for multiple buyers, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this agreement.

This agreement is effective upon acceptance by the Customer and remains in effect until modified or terminated by mutual agreement in writing. Opus Art Supplies reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this agreement with prior notice to the Customer.
