Graham Gouache - problems with mold

I have used artist quality gouache for 40 years. I keep a basic range of colors in a closed WC palette for travel. Dried & re-wetted for each use. No problems with WN or Daniel Smith.
2024 - I tried several new colors from Graham - yellows and a large tube of White. when I next opened my palette a couple of weeks later - ALL the new Graham paint was moldy. Called the manufacturer - and was told the organic Honey based medium - should NOT be used in a enclosed palette. "Put it out fresh or use straight from the tube"

Vibrant colour but layer of Gum Arabic at the top of the tube

Many of the colours have a layer of Gum Arabic at the top. Tried different ways of mixing the GA in the tube before opening but nothing works. So, I just drain it off before using. Some of the colours where I have found this problem are Yellow Ochre, Sap Green, Cobalt blue, The Zinc white is good, no layer of GA.
Otherwise the colours are vibrant and mix well.
