The Sakura Gelly Moonlight Pen set features the brightest colours in the series. It contains ten luminous colours that are archival, bleedproof, waterproof, and pigment-based. Begin creating painterly works with opaque, pigmented, water-based gel ink on just about any surface.
All colours are bright on white paper, and produce outstanding effects on black paper, and the fluorescents will glow under a blacklight source. The colours in this set are lightfast, but the fluorescent colours will fade eventually when exposed to light.
We recommend allowing a short drying time before you attempt to rub or run your hand over the fresh line. But once dry, the ink will not smear or feather.
