Liz McDonald is an artist and teacher whose work is inspired by nature in the Pacific Northwest. Her practice at Cove Coast Studio centers on botanical themes expressed through printmaking, photography, painting, and bookbinding. Combining cutting-edge technology with traditional analog methods, she creates innovative multidimensional art. She captures the beauty of the natural world in cyanotypes, monoprints, botanical prints, and photo transfers. Her process often blends many mediums, resulting in layered multimedia pieces.
