Viking gum Arabic

Regrettably my experience with the Da Vinci Gum Arabic was less than stellar. It was way thinner than I had expected and try as I might I could chew it. It was like chewing water, a completely empty gesture.

I had hoped when I powered it into my mouth it would eventually solidify into a more traditional gun texture but after twenty minutes it was just as watery as when I poured it into my mouth.

I cannot, however, find fault with the flavour. It was truly incredible. It tasted like salt water taffy but with notes of lemon and apple.
