ARCHES Watercolour Paper is made of 100% rag in France. It is cylinder mould made with two natural deckled edges and two torn deckled edges.

This paper is primarily designed for use with watercolours and is available in a variety of weights and surfaces. It has a very warm, almost ivory tone. The rough and cold pressed sheets are surface sized with gelatin, while the hot pressed sheets are both surface sized and internally sized.

Arches watercolor paper whether 140 or 300 is simply the best.I personally like the tooth and sturdy texture if this paper. I would give it 5 stars
