Soft and buttery with excellent rich pigments. I use them for final touches of my oil pastel paintings over top of harder pastels. Once applied, you cannot put harder pastel over the top.
The Neocolor sticks work extremely well for my purposes. They are great for covering large areas of my drawings and easy to use and manipulate. Well worth it.
Denman brushes are stiff enough to give you clean edges. They stay nice for a long time. I love the long handles for the studio and short for plein-air.
I have been experimenting with Windsor &Newton inks on claybord. Because only the Blackand White are permenant to light I will also try using polymer Varnish to colourfast it. Can I get 6x6” frames for the claybord?
I have not had a chance to paint volunteer work and our well stopped working and I'm building some new stairs off the outdoor deck. But I did get a chance to play with some paint at the millardville store for 15 minutes very cheerful staff there.
