The metal shaft of this drafting tool has smooth edges, and is made from extruded tempered aluminium. The photo-anodized calibrations are measured in inches and centimeters and will not wear or clean off. The head is made of black ABS plastic and is secured to the 1 ½″ shaft with 5 screws.
