Not great

I’ve been framing my own work for years and usually use standers linen tape you know the kind you have to wet. I thought that the self adhesive would maybe save some time, I was wrong! Over the course of a week the tape started to slip and I eventually had to re-hinge the work. The mat was damaged and one of the prints was damaged beyond repair. All in all I cannot give this product a good review.

Self-adhesive vs Linen Hinging Tape

The self-adhesive hinging tape is excellent for small, lightweight watercolour paintings and the Linen Hinging Tape is excellent for larger, heavier mixed media works on paper.
