Mona Lisa Metal Leaf Adhesive is a water-based brush on sizing that has been specially formulated for metal leaf work. It becomes tacky within 15 to 60 minutes, depending on surrounding conditions, and is designed to stay tacky for up to 48 hours. It can be used for craft and home decor projects, such as retouching old frames and decorating ornaments. Cleans up with soap and water. Read label for instructions and warnings. Also available in spray.

Just started playing with gold leaf. I was concerned about this glue working on canvas vs a hard surface. It worked great!
