Bought this with mixed-media in mind, and so far it's working out well. Tried some ink, graphite, as well as water-based media, and the paper is thick enough that there is no bleed-through. There is some buckling when water is applied but that is to be expected. It's a perfect size for my sketching bag.

I love the size and paper of this little book!

I've been using this sketchbook for a month now, and love it. The handy ribbon bookmark attached, the elastic closure to protect it's pages when it's thrown in your backpack, the small portable size, couldn't be better. While 12x12cm is small for some, it's perfect as a daily sketch journal or for on-the-go drawings.

It can take almost of dry media and not too heavy wet medium . I should have bought a bit wider size though . Best value for mixed media painting

Fantastic value for this mixed media journal. The pages stand up to a lot of media and so far I haven’t been disappointed in any way. It’s perfect for my year long course and I look forward to flipping through it at the end.
