These gel pens have been my go to for years. The ink is highly pigmented and works wonderfully over black backgrounds.

I enjoy working with fountain pens and recently bought a Pilot Medium nib, they are very controlled and free flowing, without hesitation and drag. I found the Gelly Roll pretty comparable to this feeling. Another pen I recommend is the Uni-Ball vision needle-it’s very smooth and allows for great control of your line.
Love them, and the ink lasts longer other pens
