Love this thing!

I’d heard of these brushes before, but never tried one. I’m a huge fan! I love how it works for watercolour, gouache, and acrylic. I’ve also used it with inktense and charcoal. It takes some getting used to the amount of water that comes out, but it’s so practical to use even at home at my work table.

Best waterbrush I've tried

Hands down the best waterbrush I've tried. Unlike some other brands it does not suck pigment back into the water reserve in the brush. dab on a towel (paper or cloth) to control the water and to clean the brush and squeeze gently to move water into the brush. To refill twist. I keep a recycled sauce bottle at the desk so that I limit going back to the sink for refilling. Wish there was more variety in size and brush shape. I would buy them all.

can’t figure out how to unscrew the base to fill it with water...

So great! I was worried about it leaking but it didn’t spill a drop. I added a paper towel to my little kit so I can dap off excess water / colour. So easy to put away quickly on the go.
