I am a pencil user, wooden and mechanical, and always choose 2B or 3B lead. These pencils are from TomBow Company and deliver what they are supposed to: softer lead that doesn't break too easily. Koh-I-Noor/Tombow pencils hold a fine sharpening from a Long Point Automatic KUM sharpener. (It is called an Automatic Long Point but it is a small hand held.) A very good pencil.
