Customers praised the "exceptional joinery and dimensional accuracy" of these heavy-duty stretcher bars. Most appreciated the quality and straight members, though some found the joints intentionally tight, requiring a mallet. One customer noted joint fit issues. Delivery delays were mentioned, and brad nails were needed for larger sizes.

  • Exceptional joinery and dimensional accuracy. All members were straight with no deflection.
  • Very happy with the quality of the heavy duty stretcher bars and the support ones.
  • Great product. All good now.

I was very happy with the quality of the heavy duty stretcher bars and the support ones. We did find we had to Brad nail them though for stability.fornthe larger size.

Excellent Dimensional Tolerance

Exceptional joinery and dimensional accuracy. Note that assembly of the joints is (intentionally) tight, and a rubber/soft mallet is required. All members were straight with no deflection. Highly recommended.

Measurements of the tongue and groove do not fit the joints

I was so frustrated with the joint measurements when I tried to assemble the bars! They do not fit without shaving the wood to fit! …so frustrating and left unassembled for now stored under my bed.
