I have never been disappointed in any Golden product.
It’s no secret blues are my favourite! The golden heavy body acrylics are fabulous in all colours! Rich color saturation and very mixable. Love the heavy body and I find they can be thinned out when needed as well. Overall great paint!

As stated above Golden Acrylics in my opinion rate higher then some other brands.
I use this blue a lot, it works for me and gives my work a certain "daylight" effect.
This is a nice deep Cerulean Blue Chromium. Lots of pigment. I dilute the paint with medium and a bit of water for painting skies. Makes a nice sky blue with Titanium White and nice distant mountain blues. Pretty fast setting so a touch of water... very little, is helpful. Very, very little water, lots of medium. Skies usually need two or three coats of paint and I use high quality 2" and 4" painter's brushes. Never use a cheap brush... you'll spend your time digging out hairs.
Smooth application and easy to blend. I've had instances in the past where mixing different brands of acrylics can have a mild undesirable outcome but using Golden paint has never disappointed me. It's virtually all I use. Some colours can be expensive yes but it's worth it. I never hesitate to get a colour I want. Besides they last a long time, for me anyway.
Firstly I would like to say how much I love Golden Heavy Body Acrylics! I use them exclusively. Blue is always on my palette. In particular Cerulean blue. Everyone knows what a perfect sky it makes. I have recently started experimenting with various shades of turquoise and bought Turquoise (Phthalo) it's a wonderful addition to my water, lake or ocean, palette and adds interest.
